11,000 hand cast encaustic crayons 14 x 70 inches, 5 panels (2012)

This work shows the natural deconstruction of the digital photograph over time by slow incremental induction of digital noise.

Each successive panel has a greater and greater amount of randomly colored noise introduced intothe same image, until on the final panel, only 10% of the original image remains, rendering the photograph completely invisible.
